Pep Aguilar & Patri Morillo - La Pua
Celler Comunica's La Pua is not your average white. Only 2000 bottles were produced of this rich and deep blend of mostly white Grenache (85%) with some red (15%). Direct press and fermentation with wild yeasts between 7 - 12 days. The wine ages for 8 months in stainless steel tanks. The flowers, white fruit and Mediterranean herbs aromas immediately transport you to their vineyards in Falset. One of our favorite winter whites!
