Gamay from 70 year old vines on granite sand. Carbonic Maceration in stainless steel tank for 8 days, 1 month fermentation with natural yeast, followed by 8 months in a stainless steel tank. Cranberry, pear, orange peel. The wine is charming and spicy, topped off with a delicious extract of juicy fruit.
