A rosé made from Grenache, Carignan and Merlot. Undergoes a short maceration in steel before spending 4-5 months on the lees fermenting. This wine did not finish fermentation and was bottled as is, giving it a slight fizz and great balance of sweetness and acidity. From 30 year old vines on limestone clay.
