Celler Finca Parera - Clar

Clar from Celler Finca Parera is a blend of 80% Xarel·lo and Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Malvasia de Sitges, Parellada and Garnatxa Blanca. It's a crisp, bright, mineral and electric white wine that will make you feel like you're taking a walk in a sunny vineyard. Vinified with 30% stems and skin contact, it ferments and ages on stainless steel until the spring. They then press and move the wine to clay deposits for about a year. Clar has beautiful acidity, sharp minerality, and lovely citrus notes.
