Azienda Agricola Le Coste - Litrozzo Rosso
A blend of mostly Sangiovese with some Ciliegiolo and Merlot. The grapes are destemmed and left to macerate on the skins for about a week, after which the wine finishes fermenting in resin tanks. This is Le Coste’s version of a ‘glou-glou’ wine; it is meant to be enjoyed with friends, hence the large 1-liter format. An -easy-drinking red that is served best cool for an aperitivo.
