Celler Finca Parera - Fosc

Fosc from Celler Finca Parera is a crunchy red  made from 40% Sumoll and Ull de Llebre, Garnatxa Negra, Monastrell, and Syrah. Grapes are destemmed and ferment in concrete tanks, pressed, and aged during the entire winter. This exciting red is vibrant, juicy, with bright and fresh red fruit and earthy notes.
