La Villana - Rosso

100% Sangiovese (“Greghetto”) from La Villana, destemmed by hand. Maceration on the skins for about 10 days, with gentle pump-overs, in resin tanks. A jammy nose and a clean, linear finish that is so definitive of Gradoli’s Greghetto. 11.5% abv.
