Podere Pradarolo - Indocilis Rosso Frizzante

A 100% Barbera Rosso Frizzante from podere Pradarolo, the estate of Alberto and Claudia Carretti in Emilia Romagna. The Carrettis make wine the old fashioned way, with long macerations and aging periods. Indocilis 2014 undergoes a long maceration (30 days), without sulphur dioxide and on native yeasts and is bottled without filtration. It is refermented with the must of Barbera 2014 and is not degorged. Acidity is present, great aperitif or with appetisers.
