Sébastien Riffault - Les Quarterons

It's back! We've been sold out for a while, but Sebastien Riffault's Les Quarterons is finally back in stock!

Riffault is famous for his territorial parcel wines made with noble rot and long aging. They are complex and intense works of art, but not really for the beginner or for daily drinking.

Enter Les Quarterons, Riffault's entry level Sancerre. A touch lighter, a bit straighter, a tad more acidity, just as refined. Still nothing like commercial Sancerre, this wine should be at the top shelf of everyone's wine fridge.
