Escoda Sanahuja - Mas del Gaio
This is Joan Ramon Escoda's most serious white wine. Made of Parellada, Grenache Blance and Macabeu that are harvested from 80 year old bush vines and undergo a 7 day maceration before spending 8 months in Anfora. Only 10.5% alcohol but incredibly complex. Sets a standard for whites from this region!
