Strohmeier - Karmin N. 6

Karmin N. 6 is a 100% Blauer Wildbacher that is macerated on the skins for about four hours before spending a year in oak barrels. This is Franz's interpretation of a Rosé - not pink, perhaps more grapefruit in colour, and the palette follows suite with hints of mandarin and spices. Has slight carbonation from some rebel yeasts in the bottle. Delicious. 10.5% alcohol.
