A 100% Pinot Blanc grown on very active soils with high iron and silicum content and harvested selectively by hand for full health and ripeness. The grapes are spontaneously fermented and aged for a one year in old 500 liter oak barrels . This is a full-bodied, ripe, elegant, well-concentrated and textured Pinot Blanc with a firm structure and long, mineral and fine finish. Lovely sur lie flavours. 12% Alcohol.
