Celler Pardas - Rupestris
Welcome to the world of delicious Pardas white wine. Rupestris is made from Xarello (80%) and Malvasia de Sitges (20%), fermented with wild yeasts and aged for 1,5 months on stainless steel with a light batonnage, then another 3 months in hundred-year-old concrete vats. This delightful and fresh white has the typical chalky texture of the Penedès Xarello, as well as bright citrus fruit and stunning acidity from the Malvasia de Sitges.
Sip it, open it with a meal, it's a wine you can drink every day.
