100% Xarello from 40-year-old vines planted on shallow, poor soils. Half of the wine is made in concrete egg, and half in French oak barrels. This lovely white has pear and candied fruit notes, stunning minerality and beautiful acidity. Xarello in its most gorgeous expression. And it ages incredibly well!
