Alexandre Bain - L d'Ange

Bain defies the Pouilly-Fume’ regulation, making a 100% Sauvignon Blanc classified as Vin de France. Though it is classically vinified in steel and aged in french barrels, this Sauv. blanc is anything but traditional. A bright white with notes of lime and mandarin and a crazy mineral finish; a wine more rich and complex than any traditional Pouilly-Fume’. Demeter certified, without any oenological additives in the cellar.
